Our refund policy lasts 30 days, and covers defective items or items damaged in transit. Please email us at if you wish to request a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, return, or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) to us.
You may return any item that is in its original packaging and is unused within the time frame of 30 days or less since delivery.
Once we receive your returned item(s) we will then issue you a full money refund.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of their returned items.
Replacements
If your item(s) arrived damaged or had issues within 30 days of use, you may be eligible to receive a free replacement. Please contact us if you believe you need a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RODO CAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, RODO CAR will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
